Project Fund

A new HEEG EVENTS FUND was announced for Universities in the south east of England. Funding of up to £3,000 which was available to enable staff in Higher Education Institutions in the South East of England to organise and host events relevant to the aims and objectives of HEEG.  The aim is to fund events that support or train educators and staff within the HEEG member universities in order to aid their work in educating and up-skilling students for and about entrepreneurship.  It is intended that the fund should have an inclusive approach and events should be open to enable dissemination and sharing of practice amongst universities in the south east region and beyond.

The following Universities have been awarded a HEEG Events Fund for 2011 - 2012:

• Kingston University in partnership with NACUE
   
• Southampton Solent University in partnership with NACUE
   
• University of Portsmouth
   
• University Campus Suffolk
   
• Royal Holloway University of London
   
• University of Chichester
   
• University of Surrey
