Can we ‘make’ entrepreneurs? Does entrepreneurship education really make a difference?

Entrepreneurship education is developing at a rapid pace and it is time to take stock and see if it is having an effect and what the impact has been.

The HEEG Conference on October 15th will update delegates on important research in the evaluation of enterprise education and give them the tools to measure the impact of their own entrepreneurship programmes. It will feature presentations and practical workshops, designed to:
  • enhance delegates’ understanding of the existing research into the impact of entrepreneurship education and enterprise;
  • introduce tools and methodologies for assessing students’ entrepreneurial potential and progress;
  • give delegates the means to assess their own entrepreneurship programmes and activities;
  • showcase some techniques for engaging students from non-management disciplines in entrepreneurial activities;
  • inform the delegates about the impact evaluation strategies adopted by the Universities in South East England.
The event's PROGRAMME is now available to download.
